SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

All orders will be processed within a day or two of purchase and you can expect to receive an email with your shipping confirmation.

If an order is placed on a Friday, shipping may be delayed until the following Monday.

Once the carrier has the package, shipping typically takes about 2-6 days.  However, due to the pandemic and/or your locale, shipping may take longer.

Additionally, once the carrier has the package, we are not responsible for missing or stolen items. But, if you happen to run into any of these issues and need assistance, please don't hesitate to send us an email at info@kanobicandleco.com.

RETURNS.

 

We currently do not accept returns unless your order has been damaged during shipment or there is a major defect with the product.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our candles, please allow room for variances, such as but not limited to:  wick placement, appearance of wax pour, color, etc.  We feel these variances add uniqueness to our product and authenticate their handcrafted nature.
