What do you mean by a cleaner burn?
Our candles are free of paraffin, phthalates, nitro musk, lead, zinc, dyes and other toxic ingredients so often found in candles--we use as many natural ingredients as possible so there's cleaner air for all.
Do you do custom orders?
We are a full-on studio that works from concept to finished product. We offer scent creation, package design, and the finished product. Please contact us at info@kanobicandleco.com with your proposal.
The candle I am purchasing is a gift.  Can I send a personalized message with it?
Of course.  Just leave a note in the comments with the message you would like to send, and we will send it, along with your purchase, to your recipient. 
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless your order has been damaged during shipment or there is a major defect with the product.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our candles, please allow room for variances, such as but not limited to:  wick placement, appearance of wax pour, color, etc.  We feel these variances add uniqueness to our product and authenticate their handcrafted nature.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. 
Please contact us at info@kanobicandleco.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we are able to cancel your order. However, if the order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it unfortunately.
